Industry 4.0 Skills Development

for Introducing 21st-century skills

Industry 4.0 Skills Development Initiative

Our hybrid learning program targets high school students in grades 9 to 12, emphasizing essential 21st-century skills, particularly Industry 4.0 Skills. Through early exposure to these skills, we aspire to enhance students’ employability upon graduation, providing diverse career opportunities and dissuading them from compromising on their potential.

Through industry association partnerships, we enable immediate job placements or internships for students post-12th grade. This approach offers flexibility for pursuing higher education while gaining practical experience. Emphasizing skills over traditional degrees, our program targets sectors like IT, media, banking/financial services. We’re dedicated to identifying and nurturing promising talent early on to bridge the gap between individuals and industry needs.
